SHIPPING
We ship orders Monday through Friday to ensure your treats arrive fresh and on time.
Orders placed Monday–Wednesday by 12:00 PM ET will ship the same day with 1–3 day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed Thursday–Friday may ship for Saturday delivery if available in your area. If Saturday delivery is not available, your order will ship on Monday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
We use fast, reliable shipping to get your order to you within 1–3 days, depending on your location.
RETURNS
Our batter and frosting are guaranteed to last 180 days refrigerated. Please refer to the Best By date printed on the packaging.
The Baking Kit ships refrigerated. Because the product is perishable, please place it in the refrigerator upon arrival.
We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
