Chocolate cake: Unbleached all-purpose flour, brown sugar, water, egg replacer, coconut oil, safflower oil, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, chocolate extract.

Gluten-Free Chocolate: Garbanzo bean flour, brown sugar, water, egg replacer, coconut oil, safflower oil, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, chocolate extract.

Frosting: powder sugar, oil blend (palm, sunflower, olive oil), non-hydrogenated palm oil, pure vanilla extract.

Pink heart: vegan cane sugar, beetroot red, gum arabic, carnauba wax.

A real crowd pleaser! This three-layer chocolate vegan cake is filled with vanilla cream and covered with mixed marble of vanilla and chocolate buttercream. On the outside, we decorate the cake with chocolate crumbs around the bottom and we top it off with a chocolate ganache crescent drip.

Gluten Free Cake chocolate filling
Love the design and the size but was disappointed by the texture. The inside was dry and the frosting was craking over the filling.
I would definitley try other goodies from the bakery.
